Location: 100% Remote (New York State) Job Type: Full-Time, Fee-for-Service (W-2 Employee) Compensation:$45.00 per 60-minute session (Bi-weekly direct deposit)

About the Role: We are seeking motivated and compassionate Mental Health Counselors with a Limited Permit (MHC-LP) to join our telehealth practice. This role is ideal for recent graduates and pre-licensed clinicians seeking to build their clinical hours in a supportive and structured environment. You will have the flexibility to create your own schedule while receiving consistent referrals, allowing for steady caseload growth and ongoing clinical experience.

Caseload Expectations:

• Opportunity to build a caseload of 25+ clients per week based on your availability.
• Note: Evening and/or weekend availability is a strong plus and may lead to faster caseload growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized psychotherapy utilizing secure telehealth platforms to enhance accessibility.
• Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments and develop SMART, tailored treatment plans.
• Maintain effective, compassionate communication with clients to ensure a supportive therapeutic environment.
• Maintain timely and highly accurate clinical documentation.
• Stay updated on best practices in mental health care and actively participate in ongoing professional development and supervision.

Requirements:

• Licensure: Active New York State Limited Permit (MHC-LP).
• Education: Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.
• Commitment: Strong dedication to completing hours toward full LMHC licensure.
• Skills: Strong clinical, organizational, and documentation skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior clinical or internship experience in private practice or community mental health.
• Experience navigating EHR systems and telehealth platforms.
• Bilingual Candidates Strongly Encouraged: We are specifically looking for clinicians fluent in Spanish, Russian, Mandarin, Hindi, or Urdu to help us serve our diverse client base and foster inclusivity.
